Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan definisi dan karakter ranah afektif yang selama beberapa dekade didominasi oleh dimensi kognitif wirausaha.  Pada kesempatan ini peneliti juga menyelidiki pengembangan karakteristik individual wirausaha mengalami pergeseran aktivitas bisnis terutama dimensi kepemimpinan.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dari 5 karakter yang diproposisikan ada 4 proposisi yang merupakan ranah afektif yaitu  Inovasi merupakan kemampuan individual dalam mendorong kreatifitas,  Ada hubungan linier antara Inovasi dengan kreatifitas pada sangat implementasi inovasi, Ada hubungan saling mendukung antara kemampuan melihat peluang dengan pengetahuan kognitif,  Kecenderungan menanggung resiko merupakan perilaku positif dari individu wirausaha. Sedangkan mengelola merupakan kemampuan kognitif, mengelola menuntun kita belajar kemudian mengajarkan keterampilan kewirausahaan dasar (Simon, 2000 dan Baron 2007).  Pengembangan ranah affective pada karakateristik sikap sebagai seorang pemimpin kewirausahaan dikarenakan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi karena teknologi yang menggeser aktivitas kegiatan bisnis lebih globalisasi.
