PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN UMKM BAKSO DI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of UMKM Bakso employees in Semarang City. 2) To analyze compensation for the performance of MSME Bakso employees in the city of Semarang. 3) To analyze Work Discipline on the Performance of UMKM Bakso Employees in Semarang City. 4) To analyze the Work Environment on the Performance of MSME Bakso Employees in the City of Semarang. 5) To analyze the influence of Motivation, Compensation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment Together on the Performance of MSME Bakso Employees in Semarang City. The conclusions drawn are: 1) There is an acceptable influence of motivation on employee performance. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test). 2) There is an acceptable effect of compensation on employee performance. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test). 3) There is an acceptable influence of work discipline on employee performance. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test). 4) There is an acceptable influence of the work environment on employee performance. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tcount > ttable, namely 8.724 > 1.960 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 5) There is an acceptable influence of motivation, compensation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis of variance (F test) simultaneously it is known that Fcount > Ftable, namely 212.373 > 2.370 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 6) The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.691 indicate that motivation, compensation, work discipline, and work environment together on employee performance is 69.1%, while the remaining 30.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.
Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM Bakso di Kota Semarang. 2) Untuk menganalisis Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM Bakso di Kota Semarang. 3) Untuk menganalisis Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Bakso di Kota Semarang. 4) Untuk menganalisis Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Bakso di Kota Semarang. 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara Bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Bakso di Kota Semarang. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah: 1) Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 9,615 > 1,960 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yaitu 0,000. 2) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 10,490 >1,960 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yaitu 0,000. 3) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung ttabel, yaitu 8,489 > 1,960 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yaitu 0,000. 4) Ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 8,724 > 1,960 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yaitu 0,000. 5) Ada pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis variansi regresi linier ganda (uji F) secara simultan diketahui bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 212,373 > 2,370 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yaitu 0,000. 6) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,691 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 69,1%, sedangkan 30,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
