The results of this study are Motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of CV employees. Bumi Angkasa Sejahtera Palembang which is shown by the F value count 13.820 which is greater than F table 3.17, then with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than the alpha probability level of 0.05, which means the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, then motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Bumi Angkasa Sejahtera Palembang. Partially, Employee motivation CV. Bumi Angkasa Sejahtera Palembang has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as shown from the results of a multiple linear regression coefficient of 0.420 with a significance level of 0.001. In this study, researchers want to know and analyze Land and Building Tax revenues from central to regional taxes at the Palembang City Regional Revenue Office. This study used comparative descriptive.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study are as follows: first: the percentage of the target revenue of Land and Building Tax in the Rural and Urban sector of the Palembang City Regional Revenue Office in 2015 is 102.57% including very effective criteria. Second: obstacles that affect the level of effectiveness in Palembang City are differences in tax subject addresses, double printing occurs, human resource expertise is also still considered inadequate, the determination of tax objects that are not in accordance with the actual situation, taxpayer awareness and ability to pay taxes are not on time. Intraco Penta Wahana Palembang, 2) to determine the effect of partial motivation on employee performance at PT. Intraco Penta Wahana Palembang, 3) to determine the effect of partial communication on employee performance at PT. Intraco Penta Wahana Palembang. The sample in this study was employees of PT. Intraco Penta Wahana Palembang as many as 25 people from a total population of 25 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data collection used questionnaires, validity tests and reliability tests, while data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) work effectiveness and loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Intraco Penta Wahana Palembang. It can be seen that the values of Fcalculate (7.598) &gt; Ftable (3.42) with significance 0.003 &lt; 0.05; 2) partial effectiveness has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Intraco Penta Wahana Palembang. It can be seen that the calculated value of 2.095 &gt; the ttable value of 1.71. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by document review and interviews. Based on the two aspects measured, namely the quality and quantity aspects and the time aspect which shows that the implementation of the procurement of goods/services at the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province has been going quite well and has followed the applicable regulations. In an effort to optimize the implementation of the procurement of goods/services in the following year, the authors suggest that in terms of quality and quantity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in accelerating the process of procurement of goods/services. PNM Mekaar Syariah is an institution that distributes funds to the community to help economic development within households. Sharia microfinance is one of the tasks of sharia banks, especially independent sharia banks, namely by providing facilities for providing funds and meeting the needs of parties who lack funds for entrepreneurship. This research aims to find out what procedures are appropriate and appropriate formicrofinance at PT. PNM Mekaar Sharia. The research conducted by the researcher is qualitative research with a level of descriptive explanation. Data collection conducted by researchers using observation, interview and documentation techniques. This analysis, it can be concluded that, first, the procedure for implementing financing at PT. PNM Meekaar Syariah namely: Socialization (only for groups and new customers), Feasibility test, KK and KTP, Verification, Preparation of financing, Application of Mekaar Office disbursement funds to Financial Administration Offucer (FAO), Customer approval, Disbursement of financing , Payment is coordinated with the group leader or taken at the home of each customer and Financing uses a long period of time. This research aims to determine the influence of the village financial system and human resource competency on the quality of village financial reports in three sub-districts of Tanah Laut Regency. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The research results show that the village financial system partially has a significant effect on the quality of village financial reports. Human resource competency partially has a significant effect on the quality of village financial reports. The quality of Village Financial Reports is influenced by qualified human resources and an optimal Siskeudes system. HR competency can be interpreted as the suitability of educational background and responsibilities as village treasurer. In 2019, BRImo users reached 17%, then in 2020 the number of customers using BRImo increased to 20.5%, but in 2021 it decreased to 17%, so researchers are willing to examine what factors contributed to the decline in BRImo user customers. However, in 2022 and 2023 there will be an increase or stability of customers using BRImo up to 19.8%. The factors that influence customer loyalty are ease of use, customer value, service quality, security and trust departing from these problems, this study used quantitative research analysis, data collection using a questionnaire and taking a sample of 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Through instrument test, description analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The test results show that ease of use has no effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the t count value is smaller than t table (1,228 &lt;1,660), customer value has an effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the t count value is greater than t table (5,676&gt; 1,660) ), service quality has no effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the t count value is smaller than t table (0.518 &lt;1.660), security has no effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the t count value less than t table (-0.653 &lt;1.660), trust has an effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the t-count value greater than t table (2.162&gt; 1.660) and ease of use, customer value, service quality, security, trust simultaneously affect customer loyalty as evidenced by a significance value of less than 0.05 ( 0.000 &lt; 0.05).</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p><em>Pada studi ini berangkat dari temuan yang menunjukan bahwa perkembangan loyalitas nasabah pengguna Brimo dilihat dari jumlah pengguna Brimo di setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2019 pengguna brimo mencapai 17% lalu pada tahun 2020 mengalami kenaikan jumlah nasabah pengguna BRImo sehingga mencapai 20,5% namun pada tahun 2021 mengalami penurunan hingga 17%, sehingga peneliti bersedia untuk meneliti apa yang menjadi faktor turunnya nasabah pengguna BRImo. Namun pada tahun 2022 dan 2023 mengalami kenaikan atau kestabilan nasabah pengguna BRImo hingga 19,8%. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah adalah kemudahan penggunaan,nilai pelanggan,kualitas layanan, keamanan dan kepercayaan Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis penelitian kuantitatif, Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling. The population in this study is 87 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so 26 companies were obtained as samples. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables were the local indigenous revenue and regional Expenditures. While the dependent variable is economic growth. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency </em><a href="http://www.djpk.depkeu.go.id"><em>www.djpk.depkeu.go.id</em></a><em> and 15 district/city on South Sumatra from 136 population and that meet the criteria of 15 samples. Based on the research results, it was concluded that 1) Local Indigenous Revenue positive and significant effect on Economic Growth 2) Regional Expenditures positiveand significant effect on economic growth.</em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak :</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Daerah terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2011-2019. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Daerah. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik www.djpk.depkeu.go.id dan 15 kabupaten/kota di Sumatera Selatan dari 136 populasi dan memenuhi kriteria 15 sampel. By integrating intellectual capital (human capital, relational capital, and spiritual capital) and performance, then connecting it with increased competitiveness. Specifically, this is related to how to produce a model of the relationship between intellectual capital that can be used to develop good company performance so as to increase competitiveness. The sample was 100 employees, data was collected by distributing questionnaires at one time (cross section) with the analysis technique, namely SEM-PLS using SMARTPLS. The research results reveal that human and spiritual capital have a significant effect on intellectual capital, competitiveness mediates the relationship between intellectual capital and company performance.</em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak :</strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi peran modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang mengarah pada peningkatan daya saing yang berkelanjutan. Dengan mengintegrasi modal intelektual (human capital, relational capital, dan spiritual capital) dan kinerja, kemudian menghubungkan dengan peningkatan daya saing. Secara khusus, hal ini berkaitan dengan bagaimana menghasilkan model hubungan antara modal intelektual yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kinerja perusahaan yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Sampel adalah karyawan sejumlah 100 orang, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam satu waktu (cross section) dengan Teknik analisis yaitu SEM-PLS menggunakan SMARTPLS.
