Abstract

The Effect of Giving of Local Microorganisms (MOL) on Bamboo Shoots on the Growth of  Eye Stum Rubber Seedlings (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) IRR 112 clone in Polybags. This study aimed to determine the effect of giving Local Microorganisms (MOL) bamboo shoots to the growth of rubber stumps (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) IRR 112 clones in polybags. The treatments studied were Local Microorganisms (MOL) with a concentration (P0) without MOL concentration, (P1) 10 ml MOL/liter water, (P2) 20 ml MOL/liter water, (P3) 30 ml MOL/liter water, (P4 ) 40 ml MOL/liter of water, (P5) 50 ml MOL/liter of water. The variables observed were shoot emergence (hst), shoot height (cm), shoot diameter (cm), number of leaves (strands), root wet weight (g), root dry weight (g), plant wet weight (g), and plant dry weight (g). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that, giving MOL bamboo shoots at a dose of 20 ml/l water (P2) had a good effect on shoot height, namely 30.25 cm at 8 mst and 34.03 cm at 10 mst, shoot diameter was 6.12 cm at 8 mst and 6.23 mst at 10 mst, number of leaves 29.19 strands, plant wet weight 21.43 g, plant dry weight 6.92 g, root wet weight 41.75 g and root dry weight 17.70.
